Connection Kit - code 26110LP For a direct connection to the boiler. On the return connection a strainer has been included to protect the boiler from eventual impurities that can cause obstructions. Key 1. strainer 2. isolating valve 3. expansion vessel connection (Ø3/4”) 4. water pressure gauge connection (Ø1/8”) 5. filling loop connection (Ø1/2”)
Hydraulic compensator Kit - code 26125LP The use of a compensator is recommended when there is a primary circuit with its own circulating pump and a secondary circuit with one or more circulating pumps. The compensator will negate situations whereby the different pumps of the circuit will interact one with another creating abnormal flow variations. The compensator will create a low pressure loss zone so that the primary circuit (of the boiler) will become independent from the secondary circuit to guarantee flexibility of installation and on systems with several pumps, high flow rates and high pump heads. 3-Way valve Kit - code 26097LP It is possible to connect the boiler to a remote storage cylinder for the domestic hot water production by installing the 3-Way valve Kit. The kit includes a 3- Way valve (to be fitted onto the return), a cylinder DHW temperature sensor (8 metres length) that will be connected to the boiler main pcb to enable the correct setting and data display (DHW temperature) Key 1. flow manifold Ø1”1/2; 2. return manifold Ø1”1/2; 3. 3-Way valve; 4. Hydraulic manifold Kit for cascade installation For the installation of 1 or more boilers in a cascade installation up to a maximum of 4 boilers: − Hydraulic manifold Kit for no.2 boilers in cascade installation (cod. 26099LP); − Hydraulic manifold Kit for 1 additional boiler in cascade installation (cod. 26100LP); Hydraulic manifold are equipped with: − Isolating valves to guarantee ease of maintenance or a the temporary exclusion of 1 boiler without interrupting
the operation of the whole cascade installation. − Non-return valve for every single boiler to prevent any circulation when boiler is OFF; − Line Strainer to protect the boiler from eventual obstruction created by impurities of the hydraulic circuit.

The RK 50 boiler has been approved for an indoor and also outdoor installation.
For the correct operation of the unit it is highly recommend to use only original Radiant flue kit, flue accessories and parts.
Flue Kits are in polypropylene material to guarantee the highest mechanical resistance to the chemical action of the condensate and an easy installation. Flue Kit systems for cascade installation
With cascade installation combustion emissions have to be discharged in only one flue duct through the installation of flue manifolds.
Available flue manifolds:
Kit MK50 - Flue Manifold Kit for no. 2 boilers in cascade installation – cod. 82103LP; Kit SK50 - Flue Manifold for 1 additional boiler in cascade installation – cod. 82104LP;
Flue Parts are in polypropylene material to guarantee the highest mechanical resistance to the chemical action of the condensate and an easy installation. The Flue Manifold Kit allows to connect the boiler to the main flue duct through a supplied connector with a mechanical non-return damper to avoid a flue return in cases where one or more boilers are not in operation.

The purpose of a high efficiency condensing boiler installation is to have a thermal system supplying exactly the right amount of power in the most efficient way. In order to satisfy the various system requirements for either single or cascade installations, radiant offers a wide choice of controls that optimize the system temperature regulation according to the boiler operation. Single Boiler Installation − Single Zone – if the boiler operates within a single zone it is recommended to use a chronostat (Remote
Control LCD – code 52535LP) and an outside temperature sensor (code 73506LA) or a standard type chronostat:
− Multiple Zones – it is necessary to use the Cascade systems regulator (76669LA) together with a zone control room thermostat (76670LA) for each zone;
