40-80 -60 to +200°C Good all round physical properties. Available in many shore hardnesses. FDA approved
Non-postcured (NPC)
60 -60 to +250°C Low compression set & improved temperature resistance ,usually used where product is subjected to pressure and shape retention is important factors.
High Tear(HT)(Peroxide cure)
40-80 -60 to +200°C Good tensile and wear strength& transparency.Uses include peristaltic pumps. FDA approved.
High Tear transparent (HTHT)(platinum cure)
40-70 Up to +200°C Very pure silicone content with no by-products remaining. Mainly used in medical applications.
F-viton 40-70 -60 to +280° Excellent high temp resistance. Retains properties over long periods when expose to harsh temps.
Flame Retardant electrically conductive
60-70 Up to +200°C Combining the properties of both flame retardant and electrically conductive grades.

FBD Inflatable Gaskets :
Our range of Inflatable Seals are made from high strength FDA approved transparent silicon rubber. These gasket provides an electrically conductive seal between conductive sections of a shielding enclosure.
Application:Used for sealing, these gaskets are mostly used in application where contamination is not acceptable. Following are some of the applications of Inflatable Gasket :• Oven door seals• Fluid bed dryer• Sterilizer• Fluid bed processor
Operation:The inflatable seals are manufactured in relaxed or deflated form similar to cycle tube. The flat tube is accommodated between the surface and then inflated to provide perfect sealing. We offer our customers inflatable seals with complete assembly.
Advantages:• It provides a Leak Proof closure, yet allows clearance when needed.• It simplifies the design of the structure & hardware.• It minimizes the need of close matching and fabricating tolerance.• It is not subject to compression set which negates effectiveness of other seals.• Our inflatable seal has very good inflation and deflation property on joint & nozzle.• Size of the seal is very accurate with tolerance of ±5% & can withstand 4 kg/cm2 pressure.• Our inflatable seals is uniform, so there is very less chance of bursting at recommended

Silicone sheets: Midas Silicone manufactures the highest quality Silicon rubber sheets at most affordable price in India. Midas Silicone manufactures numerous types of Silicone compounds for various applications.
These sheets are processed in Rotocure machine ,Which ensures mirror finish of the sheets and excellent surface finish and tight dimensional control.
Available in thickness of 0.5mm-30mm
Applications guide:
Use industrial grade silicone rubber sheet as packaging material or making gaskets for machines , it has excellent temperature resistance and low compression set %.
Use where food grade silicone rubber sheet where food grade, better tensile & tear properties are required.
Use Pharma grade where extreme good overall properties are required, it has the best temperature & physical & transparency properties.
Use Single side cloth insertion with industrial grade where silicone sheets required to be glued to any surface eg : floor, metal etc. We provide specialized sticking solution for silicone sheets which can work in high temperature. Major use of the same is in waterproofing.
Use double side food grade silicone fiber mesh When use in conveys belts or high strength silicone sleeves.(available width up-to 1500 mm).
Use double side industrial silicone fiber mat when use in electrical anti slip mat.(available width up-to 1000mm).Use 40 H Pharma or food grade rubber when use in silicone vacuums forming sheets.
