Production and inspection at the highest levelAt our production units with a total of 12.000 m² of pro-duction and storage areas, we machine, assemble and inspect valves with a weight of up to 10 tonnes. Machiningis performed exclusively on CNC machines in order to ensure constant quality. Among these are 4 pieces ofCNC- machining-centers with 120 places for tools, eachcontrolled by 3D-CAD/CAM – work stations. On our high-performance test bench we can carry out pressuretests on valves of sizes up to DN1000 with 800bar. Inorder to ensure the constantly high quality and reliability ofour products, our own staff carries out the following inspections and tests:• Incoming material checks• PMI• Hardness testing• Magnetic particle testing• Dye penetrant testing• Pressure tests and leak tests on 4 test benches with
air, water and nitrogen or helium, at up to 1000bar.
Certified QualityThere are very high demands for valves, which transferdangerous fluids in power generation, chemical and petro-chemical industries. These valves have to remain reliablyleak-tight and against the environment. For these demands PROVALVE delivers high quality valvesfrom in-house development and our own production. ThePROVALVE policy is to maintain the highest quality throughall steps of development and production. For high pressureand special valves PROVALVE has detailed knowledge indeveloping and manufacturing.
High-pressure valvesPROVALVE forged steel high-pressure valves are the idealsolution for many critical applications (e.g. steam parame -ters of up to 625 °C and 365bar). Only optimised designscan withstand the fast start-up, shut-down processes required today and the resultant high loads. For high-pres-sure application in chemical & petrochemical industriesPROVALVE supplies forged steel high-pressure valves withbolted bonnet and pressure seal bonnet, made of multiplespecial materials. PROVALVE develops, calculates, machi-nes, assembles and inspects valves based on optimumcompliance with the respective operating conditions or theconditions as per ASME.
