Improved safety with correct earthing toolsOur foundation rests on first-class components from carefully selected suppliers. SAB Elteknik combines the components and refines them into complete safety products that are tailored to your specific situation. In other words, we provide you with the right earthing tools and thereby contribute to a safer workplace.

An agency with the French company CATU was starting point for our earthing devices and safety instruments. CATU is a world leader in energy safety and we offer their high-voltage testers and phase comparators.

In-house product development is another important aspect. Our GLF and UKP earthing devices that have also become popular abroad, are two excellent examples.

BOOM cleaning cloths for insulated cherry-pickerPre-soaked cleaning cloths for very dirty insulated fibreglass details on insulated cherry-pickers. BOOM removes dirt and stains without destroying the gel-coat and provides a protective surface. The cloths are packaged in plastic envelopes for environmental care and to to minimise waste.

RUBBER for cleaning rubber detailsDesigned for cleaning rubber details such as insulating gloves, insulating mats, rubber blankets, rubber cables for earthing devices and shunts, etc. RUBBER is harmless to both user and the environment and cleans without drying out the rubber details.

S1 for cleaning fibreglass rodsS1 both cleans and leaves a hydrophobic surface on the insulating rod without affecting the coating. In spite of it mild properties, it removes dirt and stains without problems and thanks to its short drying times the tools is ready for use quickly.

W1 wax and polishing cloth for insulated rodsBad surface coating on an insulating rod or other insulated part of fibreglass is dangerous if the hydrophobic surface is faulty. The W1 cloths wax and polish the rod and retain a hydrophobic and dirt-repelling surface for safe use. W1 is also used on rubber details, composite materials and porcelain, and is easy to use. One envelope contains one wax cloth and one polishing cloth. We recommend cleaning with S1 before applying wax with W1.

Line earthing

Line earthing RGLFRGLF 3 for phase connection:• 3 operating rods, length 1.5 m. One rod can be used as voltage tester.• 3 clamps with fast buttress thread for wire, max 329 mm²• 2 device cables, length 2.5 metres• 1 earthing cable, 1.5 m, with fast coupling for connecting earthing cable or a fourth rod.

RGLF 1 for earth connection consists of:• 1 operating rod with earth clamp, same as RGLF3• 1 earthing cable with bayonet connector.

The lower picture displays the steel suspension hooks and the snap-on mount on the removable rod for voltage testing.The rod is filled with foam and manufactured in accordance with standard EN60832.
