Meal Gap Report• Created to provide a more accurate look at areas in

Florida where there is defined need and few to no meals being provided

• Displays by zip code the approximate number of Summer BreakSpot sites it will take to close a meal gap in any zip code that displays aggregate data about children in need collected through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, Medicaid, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, and Certified Reduced Eligibility.

• Target the top 20 zip codes in the report by profiling the zip codes to learn what the barriers and resources are to participating in the program
