• Oregon DOT does not clear utility easements

• What do we do?– ODOT will reimburse the utility to

relocate.– Provide the Utility a X-permit which is a

way to track those utilities with an easement that has not been cleared.

• When RW is being laid out for a project think about the Utilities. – Where are the utilities going to relocate

to?– Is there room for Utilities to relocate?– If not is it possible for a little more RW to

be purchased?
