Open the cartridge cap, insert it into the holder and screw the mixer on it.

Special Request
Insert the adhesive capsule (HVU) into the hole.
Set the anchor sleeve (HIS-N or HIS-RN) by using hammer drill with HIS-S setting tools such that it is flush with the base material surface.
Drill the anchor hole. Clean the drilled hole with the blow-out pump.
Put the part to be fastened in place and fasten the part using bolt or others.
Leave the setting tools or rod adapter remaining attached and remove it only the cure time was passed.

Setting Operation:
1. Drill the hole with dimension according to the installation details.
2. Clean the drilled hole thoroughly by using the tool kit (blow-pump & brushes). The hole should be free from water, or otherwise, the ultimate load will be reduced.
3. Open the cartridge cap, insert it into the holder and screw the mixer on it.
4. Put the cartridge into the dispenser.

5. Throw away (must) first 3 trigger pulls. Release dispenser to stop the grout flowing.
6. Insert the mixer head to the bottom of the hole and inject the mortar from bottom to the top of the hole. (Approx. 2/3 of the hole depth).
7. Insert the anchor rod slowly by turning it into the mortar up to the required depth.
8. Fix the workpiece after the grout is cured.

Disposal considerationsOur product packaging bears the „Green Spot“ Emptied containers can be disposed of via the Dual System in Germany (yellow bin).Full or partly emptied containers, whose contents have become unusable, e.g. expiry date exceeded or container damaged, must be collected separately and disposed of as special waste, while observiong the respective authorities‘ regulations.Kind of waste: (EC Directive 93/259/EEC part 2) On handling over small quantities to communal / municipal collection points:EAK-No. 200112 ( ........adhesives and sythetik resins) Disposal of large quantities via disposal companies: EAK-No. 080402 (old adhesives and sealants containing no halogenated solvents) Recommandation to avoid special waste: Dispense contents of unusable containers through the static mixer in the proper way.
