many Hindus are vegetarian• Not allowed meat, fish, poultry and eggs• Some don’t eat onions, alcohol,
mushrooms garlic and caffeine• They may fast on festival/religious days.
Some may obstain completely from food or water yet some are more relaxed and only abstain from milk, flour, etc.
