FeaturesThe ongoing increase of power densities within the thermal interface between power module and heat sink requires anoptimized thermal distribution.

Fuji Electric has developed the pre-applied thermal interfacematerial (TIM) which achieves a stable quality and reproducible thermal performance level of power electronic devices.

TIM not only provides a significant low thermal resistance, it alsofulfills the highest quality standards given for power modules to achieve the longest lifetime and highest system reliability.
