Hipercom is formed by a team of professionals of the IT
industry with a large Cisco training. We come from a model
of on-premise services and we know what the challenges
of distribution are when it comes to delelop on-premise
collaboration projects. For this reason, we have created the
TelePresence service in the cloud, that for the first time,
partners can offer to their customers through a white
label perspective, this is why they turn into cloud services
providers (in this case, video cloud providers) in a rapid way.
In our roadmap, we find a range of collaboration products
that constitute, on one hand, practical solutions for the end
users and, on the other hand, new business opportunities
for resellers. We are sure that Video is the most efficient
and productive collaboration tool and we strongly bet for
spreading the high level Video so that all kind of companies
can benefit from its advantages.
As distinguishing advantage, in marketing terms, for the end
user, it means an average saving of 65%, in comparison with a
deployment of conventional TelePresence. This price barrier
breakup opens the doors of the high level TelePresence
for all kind of companies that, from now onwards, have a
maximum quality service available, without having to
make expensive initial investments for the purchase of
resources that, probably, will never be entirely used.

TPaaS is a “pay as you go” solution that avoids End Of Sale
and End Of Support situations, of the infrastructure, in the
same time that it facilitates maintenance costs savings. End
users may count on a high level solution without the need of
having specializing staff concerning the video management.
Incremental saving
With TPaaS of Hipercom as a white label, we can register endpoints
of different manufacturers and with a different size: From a
inmersive room to an iPad, as well as desktop endpoints, multipurpose
or laptops, what answers to the phenomenon named by Snorre
Kjesbu as “disruption of the job”.
Compatibility
TPaaS is an interoperable solution, compatible with standards H323
and SIP, that admits RDSI and that Works with Webex, both cloud
and installed. It should be pointed out that it is a monitored service
and managed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We have developed a flexible solution that gets along with pre-
existing realities, adapting to companies that may currently count on
a video system and, in parallel, companies interested in increasing
their capacities. Hipercom has a standarised catalogue but we stand
out for our capacity of adaptation to the specific needs detected
by the Partners.

guarantee to provide the highest demanding levels established by Cisco and audited every year by an
independent company.
CMSP Advanced Certification for TPaaS
TPaaS of Hipercom is the first high level service of cloud TelePresence certified by Cisco as CMSP Advanced
Cisco Powered Cloud Services, that is provided to the end customer as white label, exclusively by means
of Partners. Cisco Partners, regardless of being 2Tiers or 1 Tiers will be able to personalize the service web
interface and the url of access with their own brand, both to a logotype level and choosing the term that
will appear as web address of the platform. All of that, in a personalized way for every Partner, since, in our
go-to-market model, the main figure is the Partner.

As main advantages for the partners, our solution avoids the time, cost and
complexity that involves building a service in the cloud of such magnitude;
without forgetting that they can expand the market, increase the endpoints
sale and take up again TelePresence projects and that did not give results
due to price reasons. Partners enjoy several discounts on the Pricelist, and
they have Access to the Cisco rebates for the sale of cloud services. The
white label option of Hipercom is established by default, therefore
Partners do not have to pay specific tariffs to count on this possibility.
So far, TelePresence solutions seemed to be reserved only for large
companies, large accounts and Partners specializing in video. Cisco takes
an important step by incorporating us to its cloud strategy, what gives the
Partners of any size and degree of specialization the real possibility of selling
high level cloud TelePresence. Only Hipercom offers more for less, since
the CMSP Advanced certification for TPaaS recognizes us and, in the same
time, demands us to keep the highest SLA levels, joining quality, availability
and competitiveness in the fares.

Although in the video cloud market we still find just a few providers,
we can affirm that in Hipercom we offer more for less, what means
a pre-sale commercial support, “proximity” technical support and
some agreements on service levels provided “by default” that other
providers offer, in any case as an extra service. This turns us, from
our point of view, into the most attractive option for the channel of
Partners.
24x7x365 Support
Hipercom provides support to Partners in case of service incidences,
constantly, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our agreements on
the service levels (SLA) consider, by default, the restoration of
the service (MTRS) within 8 hours, existing a Premium option that
reduces up to 4 hours this period. The support is certified as CMSP
with regard to protocols that take part and our department NOC
offers support in the installation frame, aspect that gives the service
proximity and personalized attention. Partners are always supported
by the technical department of Hipercom, in remote.
Hipercom does not sell directly, neither installs, nor interferes in the
structure of the Cisco commercialisation channel; quite the opposite,
it acts as an ally to offer real collaboration solutions for end users,
providing with an unique Added Value to the Partners, generating
business and adapting to the Cisco rebates policies. Hipercom counts

Call Center for Service Desk and a PAMs team that offers presale
advice. We offer support in installation frame and we support the
work of the Partners to provide the best possible solution to their own
customers, always acting secondly. Hipercom adapts in a flexible
way to every case, since our standard Offering is completed with
professional services on-demand to attend pre-existing realities and
any specific integration need.

Hipercom has a standardized supply to meet the common needs of
the market in video collaboration. In parallel, Hipercom is notable
for its resilience by studying custom projects, adapted in all cases
to the concrete and specific end-user needs. Our professional
services enable Partners to deliver practical solutions in terms
of integration with existing realities in the customer’s home. It is
a strategic proposal, for example, to situations overflowing port
capabilities and integration with on-premise systems video.
We focus first on the predefined services. As common features to every services, we highlight:
Interoperability and Compatibility: In the Cloud of Hipercom we can register endpoints from any manufacturer and of any size, with H323 and SIP standards as well as portable devices (laptops) tablets and smartphones, both Android, and iOS.
Support: All records have 24x7x365 support. Two levels of SLA: 8 hours NBD and 4 hours.
Proactivity: This is a 100% managed and proactive monitoring, able to anticipate possible problems.
Notifications: Notification Service by phone or email, personalized for Partners, Ticketing tool integrated into the web platform Private label
Encryption: Hipercom employs specific protocols and encryption certificates that guarantee the privacy of the sessions.
Point to point: Records allow to establish video calls point to point. From 3 or more users, you must have Conference calling.
Booking Intelligence: Hipercom platform has a powerful Booking Tool yet simple nonetheless, available to end users. The system performs the steps of allocation and reservation of capacity automatically for a greater Partner comfort and therefore the end user.
Ad-Hoc: Hipercom allows Partners to offer their end customers capacities above the contracted, with the Ad-Hoc mode, for specific peaks or unforeseen situations.
Stats V +: The platform has a module of statistics and reporting of consumption in real time, which provides a wealth of strategic information, to both Partners, and end users.
Reassignable Licensing: The licensing system allows the Partner to reassign licenses within the period of validity to other different customers, allowing thrusting and manage licenses so they can get the most out of them.

Conference calling service is how Hipercom denominates the level of attendance in a video meeting. For each
concurrent post, from 3 or more users, we will have a Conference calling.
• These seats are interchangeable, ie, not permanently assigned to a device, but function as “wildcards”, with its
completely flexible use, and may establish the combinations we want.
• The Conference callings allow to invite external users, for which the system enables a temporary register that
is activated 15 minutes before starting a session, or a scheduled meeting, and expires after the meeting ends.
• The Conference callings of Hipercom incorporate therefore the B2B option to remain valid for external calls
within the organization.
• Like the Registry, this service offers 24x7 Support and two SLA levels: 8NBD and 4 hours for MTRS.
Conference calling (Multiconference)
The highest level of availability and service provision is called
Business VMR.
• Corporate SIPuri, following the addressing scheme
[email protected] so a company can have a fully
corporative direction for video sessions.
• The ports reserve of a VMR allows a permanently active
session, without being required to perform Booking.
• Each Business VMR includes 10 flexible seats, equally
valid with B2B function.
• If some seats remain vacant, they act as Conference
calling, being available to the company to use them for
other sessions.
• Business VMR has a 24x7 support with a 4 hour SLA
series.
Virtual Meeting Room Business
Sessions can be recorded in HD quality with the following
features:
• 4 GB of disk space, representing an average of 12 hours
of recording.
• Compression ratios optimized for better storage.
• Records available for 30 days, subject to legal issues in
each country.
• Direct access to VideoServer by the end user, to
download recordings and free up space.
• Exportable files in compressed video formats.

protocols, companies who wish to sign the Video Cloud
Hipercom may do it via ISDN.

One of these services is called “Hosting Domain” available
at no extra cost, with the following features:
