Meetings
We have four spaces available for meetings.
• First Floor Bar (2 - 15 people) Ideal for informal meetings & small group discussions.
• Second Floor Bar (2 - 6 people) Ideal for interviews.
• Unity One Theatre (2 - 176 people) Ideal for board meetings, seminars and discussions.
• Unity Two Theatre (2 - 100 people) Ideal for board meetings, seminars and discussions.
Prices are from £12 per hour
Added extras include:
• Tea/Coffee/Biscuits - £3.60 pp
• Projector & Screen - £24
• Flipchart & Pens - £24
• Water/Orange Juice - £2.40 pp
• Sandwich Lunch - £9 pp

Rehearsals/Workshops
We have two spaces ideal for both rehearsals and workshops.
• Unity One (2 - 40 people) Our ground floor space
• Unity Two (2 - 40 people) Our second floor space
Prices are from £22 per hour
Added extras include:
• Dressing Rooms - £21.60 per day
• Projector & Screen - £24 per day
• Flipchart & Pens - £24
• Technical Support - £15.91 per hour
• Ticket Sales - 60p commission per ticket Charge applies to all tickets sold for event
The availability of the spaces is programme dependent, however as a guide spaces are available Mon - Sat, 10am - 6pm.

Putting On A Show
We have two theatre spaces that are perfect for small-scale drama, comedy, musicals, music and dance. Both are equipped with high-quality sound and lighting systems with dressing rooms.
• Unity One (144 people) Our ground floor space can be expanded to seat 176 people with the addition of side seats.
• Unity Two (82 people) Our second floor space can be configured end on, in traverse, in the round or as a cabaret space - this configurations effect capacity.
Prices are from £265 + VAT per performance
There is a 50p + VAT commission per ticket

We offer a great value service to incoming theatre companies including loads of things for free to help you and your show to success!
Technical Support• Access to the theatre from 10am to the show end• Professional technical support and help with your
lighting and sound requirements• Opportunity to meet with technical staff to discuss your
production and give advice and guidance
Marketing Support• Details in our season print (brochures, posters)• A press release issued to our press & media contacts• Inclusion in our e-bulletin (to over 3,500 people)• Inclusion on our facebook and twitter channels• Foyer display of posters, flyers and on flatscreens• Information on our website• Opportunity to meet with marketing staff to discuss
your production and give advice and guidance
Box Office• Daily or weekly sales report• Box office staff able to help with guest lists• Tickets available by phone, in person or online

Putting On A Show
There are a few added extras we have to charge for (but we try to keep these charges as low as possible to cover our costs)!
Technical Extras• Technical Day (10am - 6pm) (inc technician) £165 + VAT• Rehearsal Space (10am - 6pm) - £120 + VAT• Additional dressing rooms (2 as standard) - £18 + VAT• Set/Prop storage per day after final show - £60 + VAT
Front Of House• Programmes - A 10% commission is charged on sales + VAT• Merchandise - A 10% commission is charged on sales + VAT
Marketing• Mailing (C5 envelope with letter & flyer) - 50p per letter + VAT• Extra distribution - approx £10 per hour (freelance) + VAT• Facebook Campaign - from £30 + VAT

Putting On A Show
To ensure we have plenty of time to plan for and market our diverse and challenging programme we book shows and spaces 6 - 12 months in advance of the performance date.
That means that if you would like to put on a show in July then the latest you should get in touch with us is the start of February.
We also have periods of the year when we have more opportunity for our stages to be hired.
These are:
