In the morning of the 6th August 1945 plans of first atomic mission were set.

The main plane was called “Enola Gay” piloted and commanded by “Paul Tibbits” was lunched from north field air base on Tinian in the west pacific.

The Bomb was fused and set to explode not on contact. It was to burst 2000 feet above the town.
