PROFESSION OF FAITH (APOSTLES CREED)

I believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth,

and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,

BOW ~ who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,

suffered under Pontius Pilate,

was crucified, died and was buried;

he descended into hell;

on the third day he rose again from the dead;

he ascended into heaven,

and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty;

from there he will come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church,

the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins,

the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

ACT OF SPIRITUAL COMMUNION ~ please say aloud

My Jesus, I believe that You are present In the most Blessed

Sacrament. I love You above all things and I desire to receive You

into my soul. Since I cannot now receive You sacramentally, come

at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were

already there, and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to
