Hispanic Heritage Month is a time between September 15 and October 15 where Americans celebrate the contributions of Latin Americans and their descendants.This month of celebration first began when President Lyndon Johnson approved Hispanic Heritage week. President Ronald Reagan later enlarged it to cover 30 days.
