OUR GROWERS:

ORDER NOW

TO ATTRACT TRADE

The prices herein quoted are good for immediate orders. We will ship all large

orders on arrival of each variety of Bulbs, or such date as you may name at

time of booking order.

We guarantee to deliver good, sound Bulbs of first quality or no sale, and if

not such they can be returned at once at our expense, if within five days after

receipt by you, but we resume no responsibilit}^ for the results in forcing or flower-

ing of Bulbs.

We allow 4 months' credit, or a discount of 5 per cent, for cash in 10 days from

date of bill. All bills over $50.00 subject to being closed by note. Bills under

$25.00 are net. Unknown correspondents must furnish satisfactor}- references with

order.

We furnish free a nice Retail Catalogue of Bulbs, gotten up with your nameand address alone appearing on it, and priced to give a proper margin of profit

and yet attract to you orders for Bulbs. These are supplied in proportion to

amount of your order with us, and can be sent by you to those likely to want

to buy Bulbs or have them planted out. You will find this a great help.

We use only the best growers and the same ones from year to year;our trade has

grown to be so valuable to them that we receive only the choicest and most select

Bulbs that they produce. Picking up Bulbs at auction and shifting from year to year

to buy from the cheapest man is not conducive to the best interests of the trade we

seek, and the success of our Bulb business and the confidence we have won have

proven that our carefulness and the fidelity of our growers have been amply rewarded,

and that we conduct our business in the right wa}- to give satisfaction to those who

buy of us.

Where we quote two sizes on any variety, our customers will find it to their

advantage, if growing for the cut flower trade, to order the best, for we import

just as we quote, paying the same difference in price that we ask to get eztra

fine Bulbs, and do not cull them out of one lot. All our Bulbs are first-class.

no inferior stock being handled in our trade.

AND SECURE THE BENEFIT OF THESE LIBERAL OFFERS. Our

prices by the 1,000 will be allowed on orders of 250 bulbs of a kind; 25

will be billed at 100 rates. Our prices are made very close, and cases will be

charged at cost, as we have to pay for same in importing.

The Hyacinth, is tiniversally admired both for its perfect

and chaste flowers and its delicate and fragrant perfume. It

succeeds equally well in the house and garden, adorning both

with the varied colors and delicious fragrance of its showy

flowers. Its culture is very simple, and if attention is paid

to the directions a failure is almost impossible.

All Single Hyacinths succeed well in glasses, and those

of the double ones marked (*) are 7nost desirable for glass

culture andforcing. Those marked (**) are the earliest in

bloom. Those ^narked {I) are the latest to bloom. Those

marked [F) are most highly recomviendedforflorists' use.

All Hyacinths are well adapted to pot culture and open

beds or borders.
