Journey Of Man We all started from the same place We have all evolved from a single man This idea can be tracked back through the Y-chromosomes We can all be traced back to our ancestors through DNA

•We now believe that humans started off in Africa and branched out

Page 5: History

The discover of DNA was essential for all of the discovers that Spencer Wells made

When we trace back we are all related in one way or another People skin was able to evolve into the many colors we have by the

migration of people from place to place and what they needed to protect themselves

There were many theories to what had happen, some being that a volcano erupted or a meteoroid hit the earth But none of these would been able to produce enough debris to last as long as it didThere were several other people that also notice a decrease of sunlightIt was assume that it was mostly a volcano that erupted that spread ashes in the sky that last 150 years

Page 7: History

Something called the Bubonic plague stuck It is suspected that due to the climate change there was an out break of

the Plague Also due to the Climate change being so cold the plague was able to

spread more quickly With climate being so unbearable people were force to move to other

places in order to survive The “black Plague killed 1/3 of the population on earth

The New World and Trade

•Christopher Columbus had a theory that the world extend beyond what was know •He set out to prove his theories were right but his theory was a little out in thinking the world was flat•He set sail in 1492 to find the “new world”

Page 11: History

Through Christopher Columbus exploration we were able to set up trade for the world to share precious commodities

Trade became super important to the world at this time

Trade was able to bring the world much closer together

The trade was marked by routes that were amazing and very intricate

The trading between people made it easier for people from different places to start to understand people
