TABLE DÉCOR STYLING Styling for your wedding ceremony and reception is surely one of the most enjoyable aspects of planning your wedding. TIPS IN SELECTING YOUR DESIGN - Consider the style of your wedding attire & flowers and select from the collection/s that best suit. - Look at the style of the designs rather than the colours as we can adapt the colour of most of these designs

simply by changing the table runners, flowers, candles and other features. - You will see each design has ‘variable options’ where we have specified the colours and flower types

available for that particular design. We recommend selecting your decoration colour to complement your bridesmaid’s attire or the main base colour of your bridal party attire. We then suggest selecting the flower style and colour to complement your bouquets.

- We have also given advice as to which chair wrap colour will best complement your chosen design. It will usually be the colour that you choose as your decoration base or a neutral colour such as white, black or latte.

- Most of our designs are suitable for round tables of up to 10 people, square tables of up to 12 people or rectangular tables of up to 6 people. You will find that most round or square tables are approximately 2m wide and therefore our designs are based on 2m of decoration (usually being 2m table runner/s with further decoration in the central metre). As rectangular tables are narrower you will fit approximately 3 people down either side only of a 2m table therefore the same 2m of decoration is only suited to a table of 6 people, rather than the higher quantity that can be seated on round or square tables (being much wider).

- Whilst most of our designs are suitable for either round, square or rectangular tables, there are several options that are ONLY suited to one or two particular table shapes. Keep an eye out for this and ensure your chosen table décor is suited to your table layout.

- The bridal table décor is usually 2 – 3 times more ample than the guest tables (hence the price difference). This is because a traditional bridal table has all bridal party seated on one side of a long rectangular table thus the table is 2 – 3 times longer than the guest tables. The complementing bridal table décor is only suited to this style of bridal table.

HOW TO BOOK - Refer to ‘Decoration Booking Form’. - On the third page approximately half way down the list there is a heading ‘Table Décor Package’. - Where it asks ‘table décor package #’ write in the name or number of your chosen table décor E.g. Bliss - In the price column, simply write in the price per table and the following column asks for the quantity of

tables. This early in the booking process you may only be able to advise an estimate of quantity of tables and this is fine. You do have up until one month prior to your wedding day to finalise exact quantities required.

- The following line asks for your floral style and colour. Please select from the floral options offered for your chosen table décor design (variable options) and also advise your preferred colour for your table décor flowers (we suggest coordinating floral style and colour with your bouquets)

- Next you are asked to advise your decoration colour choice. Again, please select from the colours offered for your chosen table décor design (variable options). There are a couple of designs that are available in a vast array of colours and therefore are listed in variable options as ‘many’ colour choices. In this case, please request your preferred colour choice for your decoration base and we will advise on the availability (we suggest coordinating your decoration colour choice with the main decoration colour in your bridal party attire. I.e. Bridesmaids dresses).

- To select any required ‘Optional Extras, styled to theme’ simply complete the price and required quantities against the relevant item in the booking form.

PRICE LIST TERMS PRICES Items and prices are subject to change Prices are inclusive of full set up and pack down, insurance and GST MINIMUM SPEND There is a $700 minimum spend requirement for weddings held on Hamilton Island. We may be able to accommodate some exceptions to this; please contact us if you feel this may be applicable to you. OTHER FEES AND CHARGES A transport fee of 15%* of your total order (with a minimum cost of $210) is applicable for staff and freight to travel to and from Hamilton Island and will been included in your applicable Wedding Booking Form Public holidays will incur a surcharge of minimum 20%. In the case of chair covers, some venues may need to source appropriate chairs to be fitted with a cover and a fee may be incurred. Please check this with your venue or wedding consultant. *For wedding on Dent Island, a 20% transport fee will be charged, due to the extra transport required. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES Not all stock is kept on hand and may not be available without sufficient notice. We recommend confirming all requirements as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

BOOKING TERMS 5% DISCOUNT We are happy to extend a 5% discount for booking your wedding décor from the package options contained in this document. This discount will apply if the following is adhered to: - Your requirements are booked directly from the options listed in this document, without modification - Your non-refundable deposit of 20% or $280 (whichever is greater), is submitted along with your Wedding Booking Form - You confirm final required quantities at least one month prior to your wedding date - You make no changes to your booking aside from the finalising of numbers as stated above - You make final payment at least one month prior to your wedding date In the first instance of not adhering to the above, the 5% discount will be removed from your order All subsequent failings to adhere to the above will be charged at $98 per instance CHANGES TO YOUR CONFIRMED BOOKING Receipt of your completed booking forms is taken as confirmation of your final requirements. Please ensure you have considered all décor options prior to placing your booking. Any requested changes or reductions to your confirmed booking will result in a loss of your discount or a fee being charged (aside from changes to quantities required). Any requested changes or reductions to your confirmed booking within one month of your wedding date will not attract a refund (including changes to quantities required). Please note: You may add extra décor items to you order at any time, without penalty UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES If your decoration is unable to be utilised due to unforeseen circumstances out of the control and not by fault of the supplier, a refund will only be applicable to a value deemed suitable by the supplier or a refund may not be applicable at all. In the unlikely case that extremely limited restrictions are placed on us by the venue regarding set up times, further charges may apply. Eg a large lunch function at the same venue on the same day may restrict us from commencing set up until 4pm. This may result in extra staff than originally allocated for, therefore extra travel fees. This is usually something that will become known to us within the month prior to your wedding and you will


be advised as soon as we are made aware. CANCELLATIONS In the event of canceling requirements with more than one month notice, your required deposit will be retained and any other paid money will be reimbursed. In the event of canceling requirements with less than one month notice, the total amount of your booking will be retained. INCLEMENT WEATHER/CHANGE OF VENUE In the event of inclement weather preventing you from having your requested venue, we will endeavor to relocate your requested décor to your alternate venue and/or provide other suitable décor to equal value of your order. Each case will be assessed on an individual basis by reference to the preparation involved and time-frame given for relocation. If not all booked décor is able to be used, unfortunately a refund will not be applicable. We retain the right to cancel decoration on the day, should conditions deem the decoration unsuitable for use. Again, we will endeavor to provide other suitable décor to equal value of your order. Example: Should you choose to remain at an outdoor venue where the conditions will affect and/or cause damage to our products. LOSS/DAMAGES All items remain the property of the supplier and clients will be charged for loss or damage of any items (with the exception of those listed as items for purchase – candles, flower scatters and bonbonniere) The payment for loss or damage of any items must be finalised within one month of the event date. Some choices on your part that may play a part in irreparable or excessive damage to property may include and are not limited to: Choosing an outdoor function in the influence of wind, rain and natural elements, and/or the use of sparklers, matches and cigarettes in the vicinity of decoration If any portion of these fore-written booking terms are not met, we retain the right to refuse service

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUBMITTING THESE SIGNED FORMS AT LEAST 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING, IN ORDER TO SECURE YOUR DECORATION PREFERENCES .
