DAY 6 - JERUSALEM & BETHLEHEM Visit Bethlehem, where the cave revered as Jesus’birthplace resides in the world’s oldest functioningchurch (Matt. 1: 18-25). Nearby you’ll view Shep-herds’ Field where the Good News was first heard.Return to Jerusalem where you will pray in the Gar-den of Gethsemane (Matt. 26: 36-44). Continue toMount Zion to visit the House of the High PriestCaiaphas where Jesus was questioned (Matt. 26: 57-65). Finally, the Last Supper comes to life as youvisit the Upper Room (Mark 14: 12-26).

DAY 7 - JERUSALEM & THE OLD CITY Take time to pray at the Western Wall. Sit on theTeaching Steps where Jesus once taught. Walk theCardo, the main street of the Old City. View thePool of Bethesda where Jesus performed the Sab-bath miracle (John 5: 1-31). Sing a hymn in theChurch of St. Anne, known for its amazingacoustics. Visit Herod’s Antonia Fortress whereJesus was brought before Pontius Pilate (Luke 23:1-11). Walk the Via Dolorosa, “the Way of theCross,” and stand in reverence at the Church of theHoly Sepulchre.

DAY 8 - LEISURE DAY (MASADA/DEAD SEA OPTION)Explore on-your-own or visit Masada and theDead Sea (additional charge). Masada was Herod’smountaintop fortress and the last stronghold of theJewish Rebellion against the Romans. It was nameda UNESCO World Heritage site in 2001. End yourday with a quick dip in the salt and mineral-ladenwaters of the Dead Sea.

DAY 9 - JERUSALEM Travel to Ein Karem, known as the birthplace ofJohn the Baptist and the place where the VirginMary visited Elisabeth (Luke 1: 26-40). Visit YadVashem, Israel’s Holocaust Memorial. Your finaldestination allows time for reflection at the GardenTomb.

DAY 1 AND 2 - USA TO THE HOLY LAND Your pilgrimage begins as you depart the USA onan overnight flight. You will be welcomed to theHoly Land by our airport representative and trans-fer to your hotel where you will enjoy dinner beforeresting.

DAY 3 - THE GALILEEThis morning, pray and sing hymns as you crossthe waters of the Sea of Galilee by boat. Next,travel to Capernaum, the center of Jesus’ ministry.Visit the synagogue on the site where Jesus taught(Matt.4:13, 23). At the Mount of Beatitudes readthe sermon on the mount (Matt. 5-7). Visit theChurch of the Fish and the Loaves, at Tabgha,the traditional location for the feeding of the 5000(Luke 9:10-17). Visit the Chapel of the Primacywhere Peter professed his devotion to the risenChrist (John 21). End your day remembering Jesus’Baptism at the Jordan River.

DAY 4 - NAZARETH, MEGIDDO & CAESAREAVisit the Franciscan Wedding church in Cana,where you recall Jesus’ first miracle, the changingof water to wine (John 2). Visit Nazareth, Jesus’boyhood home (Matthew 2: 23). Overlook TelMegiddo (Armegeddon). End your day at Cae-sarea, a center of the early Christians. Here, anangel visited Cornelius, the first Gentile convert;(Acts 10) and Paul was imprisoned for 2 years(Acts 23: 22).

DAY 5 - JERICHO, QUMRAN & MT. OF OLIVES Travel to Jericho and visit the ruins of the ‘World’sOldest City.’ From this city, once conquered byJoshua, (Josh. 6: 1, 2, 20) you can see the traditionalsite of the Temptation of Jesus (Matt. 4: 1-11).Travel to Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrollswere discovered in 1947. End your day with agroup picture taken atop the Mount of Olives. HereJesus ascended into heaven (Acts 1: 9-12).

Thereafter, a late payment fee of $100 will be assessed.

PRICE INCREASESAll prices quoted in this brochure are subject to change if not paid in full due to currencyfluctuations, fuel surcharge increases, government taxes and fees increases or unforeseencircumstances. You will be notified immediately upon discovery of an increase and willhave the option of paying the difference or canceling with full refund.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Price is based on double occupancy. When available, single rooms are often smaller than dou-bles.While EOT will try to match roommates, EOT cannot guarantee a roommate will be available.Roommates may be assigned as late as 35 days prior to departure and, if one is not available oryou request a single room, the following charges apply: $548 during the basic week; $298 forCairo; $398 for Nile Cruise; $198 for Jordan; $248 for Bethlehem.

AIRLINE ROUTES and TICKETS:In order to keep prices low, EOT does not guarantee the most direct routing to your final destina-tion. Once “printed”, airline tickets cannot be changed or refunded thereafter. Air transportationto/from your destination will be economy class on IATA and ARC carriers utilizing APEX or SUPERAPEX non-refundable, non-amendable tickets for groups of 10 or more flying together on entireitinerary.

FLIGHT TIMES:All flight times are subject to change by the airlines without advance notice. EOT is not re-sponsible for such changes or delays and does not reimburse expenses resulting fromsuch delays. If making own flight arrangements to departure city, we recommend you purchasea ticket which can be changed without large penalties.

ITINERARY CHANGES:Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this brochure. While you will see all siteslisted in this brochure, the order of sites and/or days and number of days may be altered to ac-commodate changes in airline, hotel schedules, and local conditions. Due to airline schedules,some participants may receive one or two extra leisure days at a nominal per day charge and someextensions may not be available on all departure dates. If itinerary changes necessitate extraovernights, you will be charged $100 per night; single rooms $180 per night. Meals for extra nightsare not included.

CANCELLATION FEES: 100% of Cancellation Fees are covered by the optional Travel Protection Program providedpremium has been paid and reason for cancellation is insurable. Those who do not taketravel protection should be aware of the following cancellation penalties: From day of reg-istration to 105 days prior to departure, you will be charged the $100 non-refundable admin-istrative fee plus any airline fees. Additionally, thereafter, you will be charged any airlinepenalties and a single room supplement if your cancellation forces your roommate into asingle plus the following charges: 104-60 days = $400; 59-45 days = $600; 44-31 days = 40%of total cost; 30 days to day of departure = 100% of total cost. In addition, cancellation feesfor Nile Cruise are: 59-31 days = 25% of extension cost; 30-0 days = 100%. Submit cancella-tion in writing. On or after day of departure, no refund for any services not used.

FIT TO TRAVEL STATEMENT:Passengers registering for the tour accept the responsibility for being in good health andable to walk and travel on the tour. Because many of the sites are not accessible to thephysically challenged , those needing wheelchairs, oxygen, or other ambulatory assistancewill find the tour extremely limiting in their experiences.
