Near the end of 2014 we were very proud to introduce a new way to bank that provides a convenient way to manage your finances and day-to-day banking. e delivery model at our new branch in the Stonebridge neighbourhood in Saskatoon is the first of its kind in North America (and probably the world). A balanced approach to the use of staff and technology provide an experience for members that is both unique and keeping with TCU’s tradition of providing outstanding advice and service to our members. Because of this innovative approach, we are able to offer 6 day a week service and availability to 8 pm on weekdays. e new members that have been attracted to this branch have been very impressed with the convenience and services offered. e Stonebridge branch is the new home of TCU Wealth Management where they continue to offer the great advice they have always been known for. TCU is passionate about offering products and services that make banking easier and more convenient for our members. We are also very aware that our members expect us to offer competitive interest rates and service fees. With that in mind, we began planning for renovations at our Rochdale branch. is newly renovated branch will feature our “new way to bank” and offer Regina members the same extended hours and 6 day a week service that is available from our Stonebridge location. In addition, we introduced a new online appointment booking tool in 2014 where you have the ability to book your appointments with who you want, when you want, and how you want through our website. is tool is proving to be a well accepted addition to our ever expanding lineup of online tools and functionality. We are looking forward to offering you even more options in 2015. Developments will include offering members the option to open up new demand and term deposit accounts online 24 hours a day. is facility will include the ability to review and sign all documentation without the need of visiting a branch. As well, plans are in the works for enhancements to our website and to our award winning mobile apps. e new Stonebridge branch location is now open! Caval started in financial services as a teller.Stationed near the wealth managementdepartment, she witnessed first-hand the firm’sfinancial planners, and she knew where shewanted to be. Today she works out of theSaskatoon Stonebridge office. Caval is highly
motivated, she is a member of the Saskatchewan Young Leaders, and theBusiness and Professional Women of Saskatoon. She is concerned about thenegative press around high fees and ‘bad advisors.’ “The media is very quick topaint all advisors with the same brush, and this couldn’t be further from thetruth,” she says. “There are great advisors out there who honestly want to dowhat is best for their clients.”
