Near the end of 2014 we werevery proud to introduce a new way to bank thatprovides a convenient way to manage your financesand day-to-day banking. e delivery model at ournew branch in the Stonebridge neighbourhood inSaskatoon is the first of its kind in North America(and probably the world). A balanced approach tothe use of staff and technology provide anexperience for members that is both unique andkeeping with TCU’s tradition of providingoutstanding advice and service to our members.Because of this innovative approach, we are able tooffer 6 day a week service and availability to 8 pmon weekdays. e new members that have beenattracted to this branch have been very impressedwith the convenience and services offered.

Management where they continue to offer the greatadvice they have always been known for.
TCU is passionate about offering products andservices that make banking easier and moreconvenient for our members. We are also veryaware that our members expect us to offercompetitive interest rates and service fees. Withthat in mind, we began planning for renovations atour Rochdale branch. is newly renovated branchwill feature our “new way to bank” and offer Reginamembers the same extended hours and 6 day aweek service that is available from our Stonebridgelocation.
In addition, we introduced anew online appointmentbooking tool in 2014 where youhave the ability to book your
appointments with who you want, when you want,and how you want through our website. is toolis proving to be a well accepted addition to our everexpanding lineup of online tools and functionality.
We are looking forward to offering you even moreoptions in 2015. Developments will includeoffering members the option to open up newdemand and term deposit accounts online 24 hoursa day. is facility will include the ability to reviewand sign all documentation without the need ofvisiting a branch. As well, plans are in the works forenhancements to our website and to our awardwinning mobile apps.
