At First Meeting Following Vacation

Resuming activities following summer vacation were members of Junior Woman's club-spon sored Brownie Troop No. 409 who gathered last week at Jhe home of the ieadc», Mrs. George A. Bradford Jr., 132S Beech ave. Assisting with arrangements was Mrs. Marion Welton, co-leader.

Mr. And Mrs. T. A. B/ay, of 2011 Andreo eve., have been en­ tertaining as their house guests their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph P. Bray and son Joseph P. Jr., of Miami, Fla. and her mother, Mrs. An­ thony Lombardo, of New York City. Highlights of their activi­ ties have been a visit to Knott's Berry Farm, the Ice Follies, Blackouts of 1947 and other en­ tertainment centers. The vaca tloners will return to their homes at the conclusion of three weeks' visit here.
