A B O U T B R O O K L Y N C A N D L E S T U D I O

Our candles are made from all natural, American- grown soy and high

quality fragrances infused with essential oils. They are hand-poured in

small batches in our studio in Brooklyn, New York. Each candle, from

wicking to wax melting to pouring and wick-cutting, is created with

the utmost care and precision. Our 19th century apothecary inspired

labels are also designed in-house with a nod to an era when goods were

lovingly handcrafted by local artisans.

This season, we’re all about cozy classic Fall favorites — but with a

twist. We blend a little almond and pumpkin fragrance to create our

already bestselling Pumpkin Macaron. We’ve also come up with a

complex blend of balsam, cedar, and creamy vanilla for another

popular aroma, Cedarwood Vanilla.

O R D E R I N G & P A Y M E N T

Opening order minimum: $150 / Reorder minimum $100

Payment must be made by pre-paid check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover

or Amex) or Paypal. Our candles are made to order, so orders are produced once

payment has been received. Upon approval Net 30 terms may be granted for

existing customers. Late payments incur a late fee of 10% per month. We will

e-mail you an invoice via Quickbooks which you can pay online.

L E A D T I M E + I N V O I C I N G

Current turnaround time for wholesale orders is 2-3 weeks. If we can process your

order faster, we will do so. If your order is in stock, we will ship within one week of

receiving payment. We will let you know if this is the case.

S H I P P I N G + D E L I V E R Y

We ship wholesale orders via FedEx or via USPS for smaller quantities and

international orders. Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and

would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. We will provide you with a

tracking number upon shipment.

International orders may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are

calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs

duties and fees. Brooklyn Candle Studio has no control over delivery delays due to

customs.

You may also pick up your order at our Red Hook, Brooklyn studio, located at

125 Dikeman St. Brooklyn, NY 11231. Please email us to arrange a time to pick up.

S A M P L E S

Retailers located in New York City may schedule an appointment with us via

email to sample the scents in person in our studio. For shops outside of the

NYC area, we provide discount codes of 30% off for our sample set available on

brooklyncandlestudio.com. Please email [email protected] to

receive your code. Although we would love to provide samples for free, they are

costly to make, so this is the best we can do!

All returns must be requested and approved. Requests can be made via email or

phone. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Brooklyn

Candle Studio within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your

request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future

purchase. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value

of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not

refundable.
