tennis court, children's play area, clubhouse with 3 bars, mini supermarket, fish and chip shop, restaurant and
amusement arcade. All of the facilities apart from the
swimming pool and tennis courts are situated right next
to the beach.

The park is about a 5 minute drive to the local coastal town
of Aberystwyth
There is a bus service that runs into the town every hour in the main summer months. The season runs from mid March through to mid November. The Chalet can be occupied by the owners during the winter months but only at weekends.It can also be hired out during the season. A lot owners do this to help towards the site fees or some as a business.
You would be purchasing the chalet itself, not the land.
Ground rent is paid every year for keeping the chalet on the land. Annual Chalet Charges Rent – Approx.£1809.05 (1/2 by 1st November & 1/2 by 1st February) Rates - £704 Approx (Will be considerably reduced if the chalet is rented out, as business rates can be claimed)(Invoiced direct from the council) Electric - £45.00(advance account, adjusted at end of season) Insurance - £189.52(September Renewal) If you would like to view the chalet, the reception office has a spare key, they are open 9-5 most days.
