Holiday Mission
One of CAA ICON’s guiding vision statements is to make a difference in each location where we live and work. To support our vision, each regional office/project team chose a charity that is making a difference in their community. The organizations below were chosen as this year’s recipients, and each one hold a special place in our hearts.

NORRIS DESIGN | WEBSITE3
The Norris Design website had served the firm well for 5+ years – it was time for a fresh perspective. The new website employs a new design that aligns with a corporate rebranding implemented in 2017 for proposals, qualifications, ads, social media and more. The new site is simpler yet includes more project work and firm information than the previous site, all while making navigation easy and instinctive. The site was completely designed, written and built by in-house staff (with the exception of a programmer who did the WordPress programming and designed the special interactive features that our in-house team conceived).
The site is designed to showcase work from all three regions where Norris Design has offices. We selected only the “best of” work from around the firm, with strict editing of images and text. Each of the 111 projects currently on the site was researched, re-written and selected with an eye to visual graphic quality. As we approach our fourth decade in business, we wanted to show our diversity, our quality and the depth of our talent.
Visually appealing, easy to navigate, and with a compelling story, the new Norris Design website took us from an old school site to a vibrant, elegant, interactive presentation of our work, our culture and our people – and we completed it in nine months in-house, from first meeting to final launch. Since launch in Fall 2017, we’ve made additional improvements and updates to enhance navigation and showcase our company culture.
