Contact Details and AddressOSHC Manager: Marisa Miza Music Room, McMillan HouseSt Leonard’s College163 South Rd, Brighton East (enter via Ratho Avenue only)Telephone: 9909 9408 / 0409 406 991

Arrival TimesPlease be mindful of the stated arrival and departure times as each excursion is run to strict arrival and departure times (see schedule). Unfortunately, we cannot wait if you have not arrived by the stated time, and therefore we kindly ask you to please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to our departure time and read the instructions for what you need to bring.

RequirementsWe encourage all families to be mindful of potentially dangerous foods when packing lunches. Occasionally we have children in our care who are at risk of anaphylaxis. These allergies can be caused by nuts, shellfish, kiwi fruit and eggs, and we therefore ask you to avoid bringing any of these foods or foods containing these products.

HatsUnder our Sun Smart Policy, during terms 1 and 4 children are required to wear hats outside. Please ensure your child has a hat in their bag every day they are in attendance. LunchA healthy lunch should be packed every day. We do a lot during the day so please ensure sufficient food is provided. It is better for your child to bring home what they cannot eat rather than not have enough food and go hungry. Please also be mindful of making healthy selections including plenty of fruit (nut or nut product free). SnacksYour child will generally be more active during the Holiday Program than their normal school day, and more snacks than usual may be required.

DrinksA drink bottle must be packed every day. On excursions we may not have access to drinking water, and therefore your child must carry a bottle of water at all times. Ideally, this should be a bottle that can be refilled, along with a cool bag to keep drinks cold. ClothingPlease ensure your child's clothing and footwear is appropriate for the activities in which they are participating. Where specific clothing or equipment is required, this will be stated in the program schedule in this booklet.
