Guidelines and Deadlines WHEN TO SUBMIT November 14 - Deadline for Midi & MP3 delivery for orchestration by JoAnne Kane November 30 - Deadline for Basic Package submission, including Sibelius or Finale files, midi file, mp3, and click track November 30 - PAYMENT DEADLINE for all composers! WHAT TO SUBMIT The Hollywood Scoring staff will create a Pro Tools session from your submission materials for the session. For this, we will need: • Midi file of your piece(s) • MP3 mock-up of your piece • Printed Click-track If you purchased the Basic Package you must submit the following: • Sibelius or Finale file of the complete score • Sibelius or Finale files of all musician parts (please see musician breakdown below) Please submit all materials to [email protected] PAYMENT DEADLINE Composers must submit payment via Paypal to [email protected] by November 30th. Composers will lose their timeslot if payment is not received by this date.
