THE RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION OF ADULTS (RCIA) This is the process by which those who wish to join the Catholic faith community are welcomed and introduced to the beliefs and practices of the Church. For those not yet baptized, this process leads to the Easter Vigil where they receive the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist and are called the Elect. Those who have been previously baptized in another Christian tradition are received into the Full Communion of the Catholic Church at which they make a profession of faith, are confirmed, and receive Communion.
This year’s vigil took place at Holy Spirit in the plaza on July 29, 2020. Congratulations to our RCIA & RCIA (children) Classes who joined in full communion with the Catholic church. We wish you many blessings as you continue your spiritual journey!

Children’s Religious Education classes for the 2020-21 year will begin in September with packet pick ups and online learning using Phlaum Gospel Weeklies.
In-person classes will begin in January and go through the month of May if the situation permits.
PARENTS: There will be a Parent Zoom Meeting in September before classes begin.
