December L3t Lg67 r and ln adding thereto the First, Second, Thirdand Fourth Additions to Slusser's Home Acldition and the norththirty (30) acres of the Northwest quarter (k) of Section Five (5)
in Highland loh'nship.

compensation until such time as the District shalL have an

. 3. The Ayersville Water and Sewer District proposes toconstruct a system of water mains and laterals to distrj.butetreated watet purchased in bulk from the Clty of Defiance. The
project includes the construction of a 150.000 ga1lon elevated
rvater storage tank to maintain the distribution pressure and
to provide a reserve egual to trvo (2) days demand, A pump
statj-on s'ill be constructed at the point of connection to
