The Great Recession may have slowed things down the past few years, but it didn’t bring them to a complete stop.

Folks still have houses to maintain, garage doors to repair, yards to landscape, homes to keep cozy. No doubt more than a few have taken advantage of the buyers market to remodel their kitchens or to upgrade their home entertainment systems. And more and more are ready to take even bolder steps, building houses or additions or making their homes more energy efficient.
