We follow some of the most rigorous stan-dards in the industry when hiring caregivers. First and foremost, they must be compas-sionate, caring, and genuinely love assisting others. Second, all of our caregivers are either a licensed CNA, Home Health Aide, or certi-fied Personal Care Aide. Should special care be required such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Diabetes, Parkinson’s, Post-Hospital Care or End of Life Care, we have caregivers that are certified and experienced in providing unique care for these areas.

• 16 hours pre-service training

• 12 hours continuing education classes annually

TransportationNothing lifts your spirits more than fresh air. Whether it’s a trip to the local coffee shop, grocery store, beauty salon, or doctor’s appointments, our caregivers get our clients where they want to go, when they want to go, and on-time. We

provide transportation and transfers (car to chair, chair to car, etc.) in a safe and digni-fied manner.

Respite CareA professional caregiver can be a great relief to over-worked family caregivers who need a break. When you can’t be there, we will. Rest assured, we will take care of your loved one like family.

Homemaker ServicesFrom light housekeeping and laundry to doing the dishes, we ensure a clean and safe environment that prevents unneces-sary slips and falls.

Personal CarePersonal cleanliness is important for our clients’ physical and mental well-being. Our caregivers will assist with showering/bathing, continence, incontinence care, in-home exercise, personal hygiene, transferring/positioning and medication reminders.

Meal PreparationSometimes our seniors forget to eat or are not able to shop, purchase and prepare healthy meals for them¬selves. We can assist with shopping, meal planning, prep and clean-up. We accommodate any dietary restrictions/requirements when preparing all meals.

We begin the process with a free in-home care evaluation. One of our Care Managers will meet with you to learn more about your needs, listen to your concerns, and answer any questions you may have. During our visit, we will review our services and work with you to outline a customized Care Plan. Although all of our caregivers are highly skilled and professional, we will match one specifically to your preferences, lifestyle and personality. It is essential that our clients are part of this final selection process so that everyone is comfortable and happy.
