Trip Hazard AvoidedHazards: Slip/Trip/Fall, Serious Injury

Trip hazards can result in serious injuries. We must always pay attention to loose cords and outlet strips. Don’t wait for something bad to happen. Make sure the hazard is eliminated. Here is a great example of a simple fix in an ETA conference room.
