With this in mind the Board of Directors wanted to remind you of the requirements in the Association’s Declaration regarding architectural rules and guidelines, and the specific requirements regarding required roofing materials. In general, the requirement is that no exterior addition, change or alternation will be made before the plans are submitted to the Board of Directors, and approved in writing, and that there are specific roofing materials that have been approved in the past. Attached are the following documents: Letter from Vial Fotheringham attorneys regarding the Association’s architectural rules and guidelines. Schedule of Required Roofing Materials for Hidden Springs Ranch #8 Roof Change Request Form The board intends to respond to your request as soon as possible. However, since your Board consists of volunteers, please allow two weeks for the board to process your request. Let us know if you have any questions. We appreciate your cooperation.
