P.S Uttarpara and suddenly the accd. persons tried to snatch the money bag from one Anup Saha S/o Sudhir

Saha of Borobahera, PS- Uttarpara, the business partner of the complt. where the complt. and his friend came

to supervise the work progress. There after the accd. persons also tried to snatch Money bag from the complt.

on denied the accd. person threatened with dire consequence. Among them one of the accd. persons fired

from his pipe gun but the complt. and his friend were luckily saved. The accd. persons also snatched a silver

chain with pendent mark as “R” from the labour namely Refajul. The accd. persons fled away by a Light Green

colour Scorpio bearing Regn. No. WB18H-1652 discharging several Bombs after snatching the complt., labours

and his friend Money bags containing driving license, some cash and documents, identity card and Mobile

Phone etc. On shouting a good number of local people were assembled there and they caught in red handed

five miscreants and also the vehicle with the help of local police.

later entered into the office chamber of the branch manager and forcefully opened the iron chest and took

entire operation took only 10/15 minutes (.) The miscreants have spoken in Hindi Language and seems to be

17/10/15 he sent loaded Truck of rice bearing registration No. WB-15-1827 to Debasish Banerjee and Ranjit

Sarkar of Uluberia, Howrah. Complainant and his representative used to go there to bring money of rice. On

that very date as per direction of customer/ complainant sent a black bag in which Xerox ID and Xerox PAN card

duly signed by him were given to Ranjit Babu to give Rs.2,20,000/- cash and Debasish Babu to give Rs.1,10,000/-

cash in that bag for the price of rice . On 18/10/15 at 16:00 hrs he came to know from one Ramprasad over

phone (9749285422) that when the said truck while returning with money and reached near Pink Villa under

Dadpur PS, Hooghly at about 13:40 hrs some miscreants stopped that vehicle by aiming pistol at driver and

khalasi snatched 3,30,000/- cash from them by breaking the cabin where the said bag containing money was

kept. another peron took away 6500/- of Biswajit and mobile phones of them. While they got down from the

truck they spread chilly dust. Chilly dust did not entered into the eyes of Biswajit. Biswajit found that the

miscreants fled away by a white color Tata Sumo car bearing registration No.WB-42H-1642. Biswajit followed

the car and informed the matter to the police personnel.

him that one Aparna Chaknraborty (74y) W/O Lt. Biresh Ranjan Chakraborty was lying dead in her house. After

that while the complainant along with other neighbors went to the house of Aparna Chakraborty, he found that

that he is a driver of launch (motor boat) of Sheoraphully - Duipaisa Ghat. On 29.08.15 at about 09.30 hrs when

complainant was driving the launch from Sheoraphully-Duipaisa Ghat and proceeded towards Barrackpore

Ghat with passenger and when the boat reached in the middle of the river Ganges at that time one passenger

namely Samaresh Sarkar (32 yrs) S/o Lt. Kumodh Ranjan Sarkar of Chandra Master Road, PS-Titagarh, North 24

pgs started throwing two trolley bag, one school bag and one hand bag in the river Ganges. Seeing this the

passengers of the said boat and he asked said passenger why he threw away the said bags. On being asked he

gave different statements and the statements were suspicious. After that complainant returnrd the launch

from middle of the Ganges to Sheoraphully Duipaisa Ghat. On thorough interrogation the said person

confessed that he murdered one married woman and her five years girl who lived at MAMC Bidhannagar

Housing Colony near Hindi School, PS- Durgapur, New Township. After that he cut the dead body of female in

three pieces and kept in three luggage bags. The dead body of the girl was kept in another bag. And he tried to
