executed a new 15 year lease with increases throughout the initial term and all other national tenants have leases

that run for at least ten years with increases. 100% of the existing tenants are nationally recognized brands and

the Towne Center services a 30-mile regional trade area that encompasses southwest Kentucky and northwest

Tennessee. Constructed in 2017, each building includes all new mechanicals and a 15 year warranty on the roofs.
