The simplicity of health for women - free yourself from confusion2

Introduction: Message from the author - Why are hormones a topic worth paying attention to?

Over the last century health imbalances triggered by hormone disruption, have increased so drastically that the related syndromes have started being classified as normal - cancer, reproductive disorders, thyroid imbalances, diabetes, adrenal stress, heart diseases, depression and many more. Are we actually comfortable with the idea that these imbalances are just a common part of life? I certainly am not! In our recent history, these syndromes were either unheard of or quite rare. Today, these imbalances fall under the heading lifestyle diseases. This term shows us that we have the power to prevent them from being a normal part of our reality, by simply improving our lifestyles. All we have to do is take responsibility for our own health and work with the empowering information that is available. As David Wolfe says, the best doctor is you! There are thousands of people that have cured themselves from incurable diseases. Why should we listen to the deep programming of the last generation, when they are clearly more focused on our money than our health. 250,000 people die each year in the United States alone, from taking the correct dosage prescription drugs and more people die from chemotherapy each year than from cancer, I would be very cautious when looking for support from a medical professional. Personally I find those ways beyond shocking, they are clearly a product of a redundant paradigm! It is time to start trusting in the wisdom of nature and our own bodies. They have always been right in the past, what makes now any different? The only difference is that we have to relearn how to listen. Our bodies have been trying to communicate with us our entire lives. We are perfectly capable of listening and hearing our bodys cry for help, far before chronic illness manifests. Disease certainly doesnt just fall from the sky and land on us by some unlucky fate, it takes years of compromise for the body to finally succumb to a dangerous state of being. Health is more logical and simple than many people wish to believe. Everything happens for a reason and there is always an answer, we just have to find it. My passion for this work was ignited by years of suffering from many hormone related imbalances. I was not able to actually take life in, each day was just about surviving. Even when I found out what was causing all of my health problems, it has taken eight years to gather all the tools that I need to be able to truly live life to the fullest. It is clear that this information is not common knowledge, therefore combined with my passion to assist other women in avoiding living hell, I present this work to you with love.
