Dry Disconnects have a mechanism to shut off flow before disconnect to virtually eliminate spillage from hose or pipe. If accidentally disconnected, many auto shut-off. Styles use different mechanisms, materials (316 SS, Hasteiloy, Poly, Aluminum, Brass), seals & connection types.
