FY 2016M.E.D.I.C. Courses
The Medical Education and Demonstration of Individual Competencies (M.E.D.I.C.) is a five day course which awards 48 CEUs towards NREMT recertification.
M.E.D.I.C. MUST BE CONDUCTED ANNUALLY REGARDLESS OF CEU HOURS OBTAINED THRU OTHER SOURCES IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN 68W MOS CERTIFICATION.
Enrollment for Hospital Personnel and outlying units requesting training must be submitted by their Training NCO to the MEDIC Course Coordinator, SSG Vazquez via email at [email protected]

Immunization Competency TrainingFY 2016
• Immunization competency training equivalent to the Y8 (Immunization Specialist) short course• Target audience: non-Y8 qualified 68Ws who work in locations that provide immunization services•Course includes: 24hrs of didactic instruction, 56hrs of hands-on clinical practicum, written exam• Prerequisites:
• Current EMT-B certification• Current BLS certification• Completion of mandatory on-line training modules DUE NLT 1 week prior to attending or you will be dis-enrolled
