    panel system, the plaster-

    board panel represents

    one of the basic elements

    for building cleanrooms and

    facilities with maximum pos-

    It is used for facing of exi-

    sting walls of a building. Its

    advantage is the simplicity,

    MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF THE BOTH GLAZING TYPES

    • Glass may not be cleaned by acids, thinners, and by other chemical agents thatmay affect the protection silicon layer between a glass plate and a glazing molding.

    • Upon a larger-scale integrity damage of the protection silicon layer it is necessaryto consult the defect removal with the manufacturer.

    • Upon a glass crack, glass is exchanged exclusively by a company authorised bythe manufacturer.

    • Any check on the installed glazing is inadmissible.

    • To secure the quality of the surface treatment, the installed glazing may not be

    subject to air humidity, in an object, higher than 60 %.

    Together with the door-

    frame, the metal turning

    door is one of the basic

    elements for the building

    of cleanrooms and work-

    places with maximum

    The door wing coat con-

    sists of a formed panel

    made by the precise

    forming method. Along

    the coat perimeter, braces

    are cemented to increase

    the door wing solidity,

    Mineral wool is used as standard

    fill together with auxiliary plate

    HPS and shielding lead insert,

    GLAZED PANEL SERVICE PANELThe GLAZED PANEL facilitates the room lighting by daylight or by a light fitting placed above the soffit. It

    Above the panel a light fitting may be used with the min. shielding IP20 and max. dimensions 600x600mm.

    Apart from screws, the bottom panel is secured by two springs against fall-out. Standard dimensions

    of the glazed panel are 625x625mm.

    The SERVICE PANEL • enables quick access to the space above

      the soffit, when servicing is needed.

    It consists of a snap-type panel with an opening, and of a bot-

    tom panel. Apart from screws, the bottom panel is secured by two

    springs against fall-out. Standard dimensions of the service panel are

    625x625mm.

    The filtration outlet is connected to HVAC ducts

    supplying pre-filtered air (at least F7 class in complian-

    ce with Czech standard norm EN 779) of a prescribed

    temperature and relati ve humidity.

    In the fil tration outlet air is treated to reach the required clean-liness (H13 ÷ H14 HEPA filters).

    The filtration outlet

    serves for establishing

    of a uniform air stre-

    am, of a defined clean-

    liness class, in the o-

    peration sector of sep-

    tic, aseptic, and super-

    aseptic surgeries.

    The implementation

    of the filtration outlet

    prevents the operation

    sector from the conta-

    mination by bacteria,

    viruses, and dust par-

    ticles.

    The highest hygienic

    and technical require-

    ments for the air filtra-

    tion are hereby met.
