Attendance rate must be above 80%
Lessons delivered in one 3 ½ hour block per week (Wednesday)
Students work towards a Certificate 11 in Hospitality KitchenOperations which is nationallyAccredited .
Must complete 70 hours work placement.
35 hours in year 11 and 35 hours in year 12
Must wear full uniform at all times
May be functions after hours or on weekends .
