• Once enrolled, you will download the “app” in your mobile phone, so communication

is even faster. It is available for Android and iPhone.

2: PLACEMENT

• CV is sent to batches of 3 hotels with agreed-upon terms:

• 4- or 5-star hotel• 1st or 2nd option of candidate’s desired positions• Guaranteed compensations of the program

• You will know the specific names of the hotels via Podio →

• The answer from hotels takes between 1-2 weeks

• If no positive answer, we send the CV to another 3 hotels

• If positive answer, we will set up an interview

• You will confirm interest in the vacancy before taking the interview.

• Candidates will have normally 2 interviews, one with HR and one with head of department

• The Placement is a match between Candidate and Hotel/Company. Candidate doesn’t

choose the hotel/company, the Company chooses the candidate.
