Position DetailsTraining Position: Culinary

Position DetailsTraining Position: Front Desk

Training Length: 12 months

Training Details: The Intern will receive verbal instruction and practical experience in various areas of the InterContinental Suites Hotel’s Rooms Division operations with the Front Office Manager, Executive Housekeeper and the Front Office team of the Hotel. Specifically, the Intern will receive specialist Training and Development in the Rooms Division Departments followed by a series of Cross Exposure in various inter-related depart-ments. The knowledge that the Intern will gain by observing the functions of the Hotel Rooms Division Departments will contrib-ute toward the already reputable American hospitality abroad. The Intern will also gain valuable experience in hotel by means of American techniques, methodologies and expertise that will contribute toward his/her career advancement in the hospitality industry upon his/her return home. Also, through daily interac-tion with the Hotel team and the local community, the Intern will gain a better understanding of American culture and society.
