THE HOUSE is located on the hill which faces south

and rises above the sea, protecting CALA TRONS. It can be reached by car from Avenida de la Tortuga and there is also a pedestrian access from the path that runs along the coast. That path also forms a direct and exclusive route to the beach.

CALA TRONS is the name of the small beach

opposite the seafront of LA MONTGODA. Although it is easy to reach, its secluded location ensures it is not crowded. These circumstances, along with its small size and magnificent surroundings, make it a privileged spot.

LA MONTGODA residential complex is situated in the borough of LLORET DE MAR. The complex is a short distance from the town centre, and has excellent communications with it. THE HOUSE It is designed as a white minimalist space, open to the blueness of the sky and sea. The house is set on a plot with gardens of 1.000 m2 with terraces laid out on different levels that lead to the beach. It forms a geometric combination of simple structures which have been fitted into the side of the mountain and blend into their surroundings. The built-up surface area is 505 m² laid out on three levels.

EXTERIORThere is a large garage for two vehicles plus other smaller vehicles. The grilled entrance doors are motorised and activated by remote control.The main terrace has a heated overflow pool of approximately 40 m².The plot gardens are in keeping with the features of the surrounding terrain.

The latest technology has been applied in services, installations and finishes, based on criteria of maximum comfort, sustainability and respect for the environment.Special care has been taken regarding aspects such as insulation, air conditioning and security.

All the installations are controlled by a next-generation domotic system.Interior facings: in floors, walls, ceilings, carpentry, etc. the predominant colour is white.

The façade enclosure is made of exposed white micro concrete brick in an exclusive design, laid out on a reinforced concrete slab structure supported by steel pillars.The gardens in the plot are in keeping with the lines of the terrain, with alternating areas of duly treated local plants, flower pots and lawns.
