There are three types of expenditure:1. Fixed Expenditure – Spending on goods or services on a regular basis. Can you think of an example?
Eg. TV license, Car tax, Rent2. Irregular Expenditure – Spending on goods or services where the amount changes
Eg. Groceries, Petrol, Bills3. Discretionary Expenditure - Spending on items we would like to buy but do not need
Eg. Cinema, Presents, Holidays
