I AM/Empowerment Collage
Remember that you are everything and you have the skills, knowledge, and power to persevere. Creating an I AM collage gives you an opportunity to find words that are descriptive and meaningful. Use the visual when you need to remember how awesome you are! 1) Locate supplies: Scissors Old magazines or other recyclables with print Glue or tape Pencil or markers Paper, poster board, or cardboard for base 2) In the center write I AM. 3) In rays (like the sun) from the center find words that describe
your essence. 4) Don’t be modest—tell yourself about your best qualities!

Are you tired of living paycheck to paycheck?
Are you looking to improve your
employment or education?
Circles of West Georgia is a progressive program built to
encourage and support members of our community who are
looking to achieve a more self-sufficient lifestyle.
As a part of the program, you will receive help with: time
management, money management, and training in commu-
nication skills. You will have two caring Allies to support
you on your journey to self-sufficiency, staff to answer
questions, mentoring and conflict resolution, and weekly
meetings at which a meal and childcare are provided.
