The history of the ‘pre-fab’ home is said to have started as early as 1906 in the United States, where one of the best-known early kit-home sellers had sold over 100,000 homes in the first half of the 10th century. When reducing time and money was at the forefront of the minds of such innovators, the recent spike in popularity of these designs in the past few decades is the result of higher regulations, more innovation and a greater demand to go ‘green’. At APAC, we provide highly sophisticated and efficient Housing Kits that marry ingenuity and thriftiness together that pioneer improvements in the housing industry. Our in-house design team works with you to create the home of your dreams, whether it looks like one of our current designs, or with some slight changes, or even a new design altogether.

EASY INSTALLATION By taking the design-heavy approach, any discrepancies or kinks in the schematics are ironed out off-site, therefore fast-tracking the construction of your home on-site. Our prefabricated, modular homes at APAC are designed to be time-efficient on-site and cost-reducing in transport-terms as APAC Housing Kits are light- weight, relative to traditional housing structures. With most manufacturing done off-site, APAC Housing Kits are less affected by the weather and tradesmen less strained.

STRONG & SECURE Held together by cold-rolled steel frames made by our FRAMECAD machine, APAC Housing Kits are designed with the local climate and environment in mind. Anti-corrosive, anti-combustible, and high loadbearing means APAC Housing Kits are made to withstand seismic, cyclonic and bush-fire prone areas.

ECO FREINDLY we provide housing designs and materials that comply with multiple, globally recognized environmental institutions, with the aim of ensuring your home lives in harmony with its surroundings. With high energy star ratings, renewable materials, reduced waste and a ‘passive design’ focus on utilizing the climate to govern the design-process allows APAC Housing Kits to exist as longstanding, yet sustain- able, structures.

As part of our turn-key service, we procure low-cost, off-the- shelf materials which can be used with no cutting and no need for further con- figuration, and which are ultimately designed to withstand age and the need for regular treatment.
