PALM SUNDAY

¿Por qué me has abandonado?

definitivo desprecio y rechazo: “¡A ése no! ¡A Barrabás!... a ése ¡crucifícalo, crucifícalo!”?

“¡A ése NO! ¡Elijo a Barrabás! ¡A ese sácalo de mi vida! ¡A ése CRUCIFÍCALO!”?

O COME LET US ADORE HIM Prayer and meditation before Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament

are great ways to spend some special time with Him. You can

ask Him for graces for yourself or loved ones and pray for

vocations to the priesthood and religious life. St. Ambrose has

adoration of the Blessed Sacrament every Wednesday and the 1st

Friday of the month in the chapel after the 8:00AM Mass until

6:00. Come and spend some time with the Lord.

PRAYER BLANKET MINISTRY PRAYER BLANKETS ARE MADE POSSIBLE BY MANY CARING VOLUNTEERS AT ST. AMBROSE CATHOLIC CHURCH. THE BLANKETS ARE LAP SIZE, MADE WITH TWO PIECES OF MATERIAL, SEWN WITH LOVE AND PRAYERS FOR THOSE WHO RECEIVE THEM. THE PRAYER BLANKET IS A SYMBOL OF THE COMMUNITY’S FAITH-SHARING, COVERING THE INDIVIDUALS WHO USE THEM WITH PRAYER.THE BLANKETS ARE MADE BY VOLUNTEERS WHO COMMIT TO PRAYER AS THEY MAKE THEM. A PIECE OF YARN IS TIED AROUND THE BLANKET WHICH READS, “A PRAYER BLANKET TO COVER YOU, SAINT AMBROSE CHURCH.” IF YOU ARE ABLE TO SEW SOME PRAYER BLANKETS, PLEASE CALL SISTER CHARLINE 713-858-1613 ____________________________________________________________________________
