Number MakerGather a deck of cards, a piece of paper and a pencil. Remove the face cards and jokers. Label your piece of paper with ones, tenths, hundredths and thousandths.

2With a partner take turns drawing numbers from the pile. Each time you draw a card from the pile write the number in one of your digit positions. The goal is to make a larger decimal number than your partner.

2 Place the pile of cards between you and your partner. Flip over a card. The first player to correctly round the number to the nearest dollar wins the card. Set a timer and play for 3 minutes. The player with the most cards wins. Play again!
