What to Do If You’re Bullied
Look at the kid bullying you and tell him or her to stop in a calm, clear voice. You can also try to laugh it off. This works best if joking is
easy for you. It could catch the kid bullying you off guard.
If speaking up seems too hard or not safe, walk away and stay away. Don’t fight back. Find an adult to stop the bullying on the spot.
What to Do If You’re Bullied
There are things you can do to stay safe in the future, too.Talk to an adult you trust. Don’t keep your feelings inside.
Telling someone can help you feel less alone. They can help you make a plan to stop the bullying.
Stay away from places where bullying
happens.Stay near adults and
other kids. Most bullying happens
when adults aren’t around.

'She should be here': Two girls charged in case of bullied Florida girl who committed suicide
The middle school students were booked into a juvenile detention center on Monday night and released to their parents under house arrest, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said.
With a probable cause affidavit in hand, he sent his deputies Monday night to arrest two girls, calling them the “primary harassers.” The first, a 14-year-old, is the one who posted the comment Saturday, he said. The second is her friend, and Rebecca’s former best friend, a 12-year-old.
Both were charged with aggravated stalking, a third-degree felony and will be processed through the juvenile court system. Neither had an arrest record. The older girl was taken into custody in the juvenile wing of the Polk County Jail. The younger girl, who the police said expressed remorse, was released to her parents under house arrest.
(CNN) -- Three New Jersey teenagers were charged Wednesday with assault and robbery in what authorities described as the bullying of a 15-year-old high school freshman who committed suicide after he was attacked in March.
According to a news release from the Morris County prosecutor's office, Baldwin was assaulted at his high school, and the incident was caught on surveillance video.
When school officials suspended his alleged assailant, the teenager "made numerous attempts to contact Mr. Baldwin for the purpose of instructing him to go to the school administration and tell them that the incident (assault) was ... a joke," prosecutors said.

"The one with the handgun today pulled a shotgun on my friends once. He said he was sick of being made fun of," she said. "He said, 'I'll shoot you, I'll shoot you.'" Pollock said her friends tried to calm the boy and then ran from him.
