Managing user resistanceManaging changeIS maintenance
PlanningIt is the fundamental process of understanding why an information system should be built and determining how the project team will go about building it.
People Role
Programmers:• Who develop the program.
System analysis:• Translate business problems into I.T solutions.
I.S managers:
• Department leaders. Users:
• Who use the developed Software.
