How I created the Chinese Bride for Elaine

The head

The core is made by stuffing a round shape with wood wool.

Add cheek and forehead

Cover the face with batting

Back of the head

Front view of head

Add a final touch to the shape

Add skin

The whole face is covered with skin

Attach head to body

Stuff body with wood wool

Add legs

Add arms

Body completed

Make the nose

Add eyes and mouth

Made a sample dress with cotton

Add the wig

The bridle suit made of brocade satin

Completed…with silk buttons which took a long time to make
