How to Add a Xerox printer on a Mac
1. Select and install the correct Driver below for the appropriate Xerox model in your area.

2. Once the file is downloaded, open your downloads folder and double click on the driver to start
the installation process.
3. Click Continue to start the installation.
4. Click Continue at the Introduction Screen.
5. Click Continue at the License Agreement Screen.
6. Click Agree to continue the installation.
7. Click Install to continue the installation.
8. Enter your Mac login credentials to start the installation.
9. Once the installation has finished, you will need to select the picture in the right upper corner
and enter the IP Address of the printer you wish to install. The IP Address of the printer can be
found HERE if you do not already know it.
10. Once you input the IP Address of the printer you wish to add, the gray box should populate with
the driver and other information about the printer. Select Continue to complete this step. You
will then be prompted to set this printer as Default, print a test page, etc. Select Continue to
complete this part of the installation.
11. Press Close to exit the installation screen.
